Revitalize four 3-story, walk-up apartment buildings. The scope included renovation of 54 rental apartment units which had not been renovated in 50 years and design of a new central coin laundry facility. The MEP design included new plumbing for the kitchen and bathroom, new air conditioning for the bedroom, and new power and lighting throughout each apartment unit. A manual fire alarm system was provided for each of the four buildings, including the Queen Emma, Waikiki Regent, Beachside-1 and Beachside-2. ADA compliant units were provided for each apartment building.
